Monday Five

Monday Five is a weekly segment in the Ongaku!Project WordPress where we present five random O!P members with a question. Their answers to that question will be posted here each Monday. It’s a unique chance to get to know the O!P members a bit better!

Q: What is something you do everyday?

Suki: There are actually a number of things which I do everyday. The routine is to check if any new episodes of J-dorama is out for grabs, then I will spend about a half hour checking out geino news before checking on my Neopets! Neopets dropped out of my daily routine for a bit (coz I got too lazy to log in and play games), but lately coz of the Altador Cup, I’ve been back at it on a daily basis. So… Woohoo!! Go Shenkuu~!! ^o^

Tenkei:Everyday?! Man, there are so many things I do everyday… brush my teeth, shower, eat, sleep (usually >.>), use interwebs, and listen to music. Until just recently, I watched movie everyday, and also read everyday, but those have slowly fallen out of routine, lol

Rei-chan: Everyday… I guess it’d be my routine of checking updates on the net XD Every day I take a moment to check e-mail, Facebook, the O!P Forum, JPH!P, Neopets (yeah… XD), and the dorama streaming sites. That way I stay up to date on everything ^o^

Bleebluu: Lets see…something I do everyday would be to check the weather online~ I check it when I wake up, before I sleep, and at least 3~5 times during the day. Think its partly because I live in Vancouver, and the weather people are never right! (or the weather is just unpredictable) It can rain, snow, hail, thunder, lighting, and be sunny all in one day =] But I still ❤ Vancouver

Odango: PANGYA!!! Lately I’ve fallen back into loving the game XDDD But besides that, I tend to sing everyday~ Even if it’s not for a karaoke, I like to practice and try different songs so I can work on range and things XD I’m singing obsessed I guess ^^;; Lately I’ve also been working on mixing every day as well. But I love music so it’s always fun for me 😀

PS from Suki : It’s ‘Monday Six’ just for this week coz well… Suki can’t count… =P

Q: What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

BleeBluu: Um, the first thing I would do when I wake up would be…lets see go back to sleep until my second alarm rings ^^” there is one thing I do when I finally get myself out of bed which is to stretch towards the celling because I heard it makes you grow taller (so far, I don’t think its working though T_T )

MoonsaultV1: The first thing that I do when I wake up is definitely push the snooze button on my mobile phone and sleep for another 15 mintues or so before getting up! From there, for me at least, it’s absolutely neccessary to have a shower in the morning! It’s the thing which gets me to be my normal, energetic self and I don’t think that I would be quite as energetic without it 🙂

Ra-chan: The First thing i do when i wake up is simple! I push the ON buttom on my PC ^^ and go ONLINE! I mean you know Checking emails and boards … i love it xD!

Reina: I go back to sleep! XD I am a “sleep” person, and obviously I LOVE sleeping (just like a cat) Unless I have something to do that day, I will try to sleep as much as I can 😛 so… if I HAVE to wake up immediately, I will brush my teeth and drink a cup of warm water, fresh start for a new day ^^

Shelly: I check my messages on the pc! Which is so ironic since one of the messages I got was suki asking me what I do when I wake up! Ehehehe. Coincidences, yeah? : D

Aisasami: Mmmm, the first thing I do when I wake up is either two things. If my little sister is sleeping next to me, I usually snuggle with her (we are BFF type of sisters) and fall back to sleep until I wake up or she wakes me (demanding to feed her). But if she woke up earlier then (for school), I usually wake up and go on my computer for a few minutes before I hit the shower and get ready for the day~!

Q: What did you dream of becoming when you were young?

Maki Kanatsu: When I was younger I wanted to be a singer or an actress. As I got older I realized how far-fetched that idea was. I don’t feel that I have the “look” to be either. It would be a lot of fun, but at some point in time you have to look at what you can and cannot do. I’m really happy to have found O!P in that I can still sing and live out my dream that way, without really jeopardizing my future. My mom thinks I should be a weather girl too. I love weather and I have since I was little, but I’m not good at math and I think it involves some math…maybe during my career change. Haha~

Rayna Black: Hmm… let’s see. Well, as a kid, I used to have lots of dreams. Come on, as a kid, who wouldn’t have lots of dreams? xD Mine were ever-changing. For example, I wanted to be a doctor. But that changed when I found out how long we’d have to study for and all of the difficult stuff you’d have to learn in biology. It was so scary. LOL. Then at one point, I wanted to be a fashion designer. However, it got old. I got bored of designing stuff I wasn’t even going to wear because I suck at home economics (sewing!). ^^; BUT. There is a dream I’ve held with me all this time. A singer. :B I’ll tell you a funny story about me that my mum told me. When I was in kindergarten, we had to put on a show. We had to sing. When we got on stage, there was a part I had to sing. They gave the microphone to me… and I shoved it away, even after practising so hard for it! Hahaha. Oh well. Confidence grows as you get older and gain more experience. 😉

Nosomi: Heeee~ digging in my deepest memories, I remember wanting to becoming different types of person :
– a boy (it always looks easier and more fun to be a male ^^”)
– a princess (~with the dress and the castle in a enchanting land~ because if I wasn’t to be a boy, I wanted to have the most comfortable life XD)
– a teacher (before meeting my troublesome high school classmates)
– a feral child (dreaming of being able to live and communicate with animals)
– Aladdin (still looking for the oil lamp…)
– Gretel with her little brother (~candy house!!!!~ >.<)
– …..and so many others…..
Some of my childhood dreams are still vividly anchored in my inner heart, because a part of me doesn’t want to grow up !

Nono: Let’s see, when I was young I wanted to be a lawyer because I always found it fun arguing with people for whats right. =] And I just loved arguing lol ^-^

Tenkei: When I was younger I had some crazy ambitions… I always wanted to be a veterinarian, because that’s what my mom’s done for most of her life, but I realized I’m not really fond of -other-people’s animals… I’m kind of scared of them, also I have not one iota of scientific ability. I also wanted to be a bartender for some reason and even planned to go to bar tending school and still have quite a few books about bar tending. I’ve always wanted to be a professional wrestler… And a professional freestyle BMX rider! Also, I think everyone has, at one point in their life, wanted to be a professional musician. But I think the thing I wanted to be most (and is still my life’s ambition today) is to be a writer, that is, an author.

Q: What is your favourite summer activity?

chococat: Getting food (preferably takeout sushi, but picnic food is good too), and going to Green Park with my friends to eat lunch in the sunshine Actually, I don’t like summer all that much, because I am really bad with heat and I get too hot and uncomfortable easily, so mostly in summer I just stay inside and try to stay as cool as possible If I had a swimming pool, though, I would DEFINITELY move into it for the summer XD Floating in an outdoor swimming pool would be my favourite summer activity if I had an outdoor swimming pool!

Rei-chan: Living in a tropical island, definitely, my #1 favorite summer activity is going to the beaches. It just doesn’t feel like summer till I do! Those well-planned all-day trips to the beaches, with lots of friends or family, are the best! It’s a relaxing, special and fun activity that can turn the hottest summer day into the most refreshing one. ^___^

Kain Kian: My favorite summer activity? Well, let me think… xD OK, All the time I’m working, so I don’t have time for me or even for my friends but I really like to go fishing, I don’t like fish but I really love to fish, it’s so relaxing and in that moment I can think in everything. Another thing that I really enjoy is to sing and to play RO. I think that’s it. Ooh I like to sleep till late and I love to cook those days.

Odango: Living so close to the beach I always look forward to the summer time So anything that’s beach related is wonderful to me~!!! Like going to bonfires with friends or even just going to the beach on my own just to take pictures of the ocean is fun ^^

Ahrjay: I tend to stay inside the house during the summer because there are a lot of things I have to do (i.e. chores) that I can’t do during school season. Hehehe, I’m such a boring person. c”,) But aside from staying inside the house, I also like to do some bowling and hiking during the summer with my friends. It is because (of the same reason stated above, and) it is the only time when me and my friends can enjoy the company of one another. We don’t usually see each other during school season because we go to different schools.

Q: What is one thing you always carry with you when you go out?

Miyoki: I always carry my makeup and cellphone, unfortunatly I need a lot pasted on my face to appear socially acceptable. XD And my cellphone is one of my most precious objects – I spent a lot of time decorating it with gems, pearls and roses. ^^

Daisuki Daiiyo: My mp3 player of course! Even if I’m heading out to someplace where it would be best if I could hear (like school, or to the mall) I always have to bring it with me. It pretty much contains the soundtrack to my day– and you know, sometimes the radio doesn’t always play the songs that you’re in the mood for, so having an mp3 player along is good in that aspect.

Hina: Well… I actually carry a lot of things. There are just some things that I have to have before I leave the house x33
Things like.. keys (LOL), cellphone, mp3-player, wallet and a mirror~ So I quess.. one thing I always carry with me is my bag. It has some pretty MoMusu pictures on it and when I go to school I usually spot a lot of asian tourists walking around and some have actually come to speak to me. They’re always like “Morning Musume sugoii!!” 8DD
So, yes, my bag is the one thing I always carry with me~

Reina: My cellphone! It serves so many purposes, it’s like my personal assistant XD
1. It wakes me up in the morning (alarm function)
2. I take pictures with it (camera function)
3. Reminds me of my appointments (calender function)
4. Making me able to keep in touch with my family and friends (phone and message)

Most importantly, IT’S MY MP3 PLAYER! XD
I always listen to songs in my cellphone whenever I go out, my cellphone earphones is shaped like earplugs (XD), so once I wear my earphones, I am in my own world without any outside noise ^^

Tamuma: My student card. Life feels so much better when you know you can get that 10% off your clothes and cds!
